To facilitate project financials, Fulcrum completed a wetlands assessment of property located in Wenatchee, Washington, approximately ¼ mile from the Columbia River. Fulcrum’s Wetlands Evaluation consisted of a visual inspection of the site for vegetation or other site features indicative of wetlands presence; review of historic topographic maps and current aerial photographs for evidence of flooding, floodplain identification, and development changes; and review available records on soil type. Fulcrum’s evaluation confirmed that no indications of wetlands having been historically or currently present were at the site, enabling site financing and development to proceed.
